PassItalia (reseller) · Bagnoregio, by the Belvedere
A dated entry pass to Civita di Bagnoregio, resold on GetYourGuide by PassItalia, with an audio guide on offer as an extra. The town sells the same entry for €5, so this page is mostly about when the mark-up is worth it.

Everyone who crosses the bridge to Civita pays a fee to the town. The official ticket page puts it at €5 per person, online or at the office, with free entry for children under 6, residents, people with a 100% disability card plus one companion, and a few other groups. You can pay in the town's free Civita di Bagnoregio app, on its website, or at the office: Piazzale Battaglini on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and Mercatello near the bridge on quieter days.
This listing sells the same access for about $17, roughly three times the town's price. The description calls the audio guide a purchasable extra, so it is not in that base price, and the transport line in the listing is not part of the deal either: you get yourself to Bagnoregio. What you do get is a pass in the GetYourGuide app with free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
Our view: most people should buy from the town. The official online ticket already skips the queue at the office, and the free app adds GPS directions to the sights. This one makes sense only if you want every booking in one app with free cancellation and are happy to pay for that.
Drive and park at Piazzale Battaglini or near the Belvedere, or take the COTRAL bus from Orvieto station.
Walk to the viewpoint at Piazza Alberto Ricci for the classic view of Civita across the valley.
Show the pass on your phone at the control by the footbridge, then walk the 300 metres up.
Porta Santa Maria, Piazza San Donato and the church, the caves and the viewpoint over the calanchi. Allow two to three hours.
★★★★★WOW! You MUST go visit this beautiful city. The walk to/from is not that difficult. And when you’re in the city go visit the caves for 1 euro!
★★★★★beautiful ancient hilltop city.
